Joe Gleason
Principal Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, process improvement, project management, and systems implementation, Joe brings a passion for helping organizations and teams get things done.

Joe has a Master's degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, and has studied or been certified in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Artificial Intelligence, and Agile methodologies.  He spent 16 years managing technology in Higher Education before branching out to lead a small technology consulting firm through double digit growth over 5 years.  Joe brings a wealth of leadership knowledge and practical experience to his clients.  With a keen ability to learn functional business processes and apply strategic thinking, he quickly identifies and prioritizes areas for improvement.  

Joe lives in Southington, CT.  Outside of 111, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, playing golf, listening to music, playing guitar, and being outside enjoying nature.
